You agree that you will not use the Meewise platform for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meewise disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the platform.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Meewise is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Meewise's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Suspension and Termination

Meewise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the platform shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of India and that you waive any objections to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
